Cancel a booking
Tell us the email address you booked with and we will send you a link.
Which email did you book with?
We do not say whether that address has a booking with us. If it does, the email will arrive within a few minutes. Check your junk folder before ringing.
You will see exactly what you get back before anything is confirmed.
What you get back
Half of the total is non-refundable from the moment you booked. The other half is refundable if you cancel more than seven days before you arrive. Inside seven days we cannot refund anything.
