Using this website

This website describes the campsite and the pitches available at Draysey Woods Nature Escape. We keep the information on it as accurate as we can, but prices and availability can change. A booking exists only once it has been paid for and confirmed, as set out below.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are made and paid in full online through our booking page. You choose your dates, your pitch or tent and how many you need, and you see the full price before you pay.

Your booking is confirmed when your payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation email. Until then no pitch is held for you.

A booking is for the number of pitches or tents chosen at checkout, for the arrival and departure dates shown on the booking. If you would like to stay longer or bring more people, please book again or call us before you arrive.

The enquiry form and our phone number are there for questions. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking.

Prices

Grass pitches are charged per person, per night: £15 per adult and £8 per child. Adults are 13 and over. Children are 2 and over, and under 2s stay free.

Bell tents are charged per tent, per night, for up to two adults and two children. An unfurnished bell tent is £90 per night and can be booked for a single night. A furnished bell tent is £125 per night with a minimum stay of two nights.

Dogs are £10 per stay and a gazebo is £20 per stay. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Half of the total is non-refundable from the moment you book. The other half is refundable if you cancel more than seven days before you arrive. Inside seven days we cannot refund anything.

To cancel, go to the Cancel a booking page and enter the email address you booked with. We will email you a link, and you will see exactly what you get back before you confirm. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take five to ten working days to appear.

On site

Guests are asked to observe quiet time from 10pm, keep dogs on leads, and use firepits responsibly. We do not accept groups of more than four people under the age of 25. There is no electric hook-up on site.

Liability

Camping takes place outdoors and guests are responsible for their own property and for supervising children and dogs. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited in law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
