Draysey Woods Nature Escape brings you a unique camping experience in the heart of the Surrey Hills.

Our goal is to provide a peaceful and memorable stay for families seeking a small friendly site and a connection with the great outdoors.

With a focus on sustainability and comfort, we aim to create a welcoming environment for all our guests.

A perfect base to explore the Surrey Hills and all it has to offer including Leith Hill and many other National Trust properties.

The fire pit is the best part of the day

Every pitch comes with its own fire pit, and the furnished bell tent comes with logs for your first night.

When the light goes and the woods quieten down, this is where everyone ends up.

The woods

Draysey Woods & Vann Lake

Draysey Woods is an ancient forest that covers an area of approximately 80 hectares and includes Vann Lake, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The wood's rich biodiversity has earned it a designation as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

Draysey Wood is crisscrossed by a network of walking trails, allowing campers to explore its serene surroundings. With private direct access from the campsite these paths wind through the forest, revealing hidden glades and babbling brooks along the way.

It is a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll or a peaceful picnic amidst nature.
